Shipping Insurance Fee:
Please note that a shipping insurance fee will be added to each delivery to ensure your podium arrives safely and securely.
Damaged Items:
In the rare event that your podium arrives damaged, it is crucial to report the issue promptly. Damaged items must be photographed within 48 hours of delivery. Please send these images attached in an email to info@structurzntexturz.com.
Once we receive images of the damaged item, we will promptly replace it at no additional cost to you after we have received the damaged item. We will handle the return shipping of the damaged item.
